How to Lose Belly Fat | Part-1 An Overview | Workout Tips, Nutrition Advice and the Plan

In this video, I share an overview of how to lose belly fat as quickly as in two months or less. The idea here is to keep things simple, like reducing carbohydrates, lowering calorie intake to healthy levels, not eating junk, working out more on legs and to take certain not so harsh supplements.

Apart from that, you need to drink loads of water and sleep like a baby if you want to keep cortisol levels in check. This is more of an overview and a detailed nutrition plan will be shown in the next video.
